Application

The Directors of the Pueblo Education Foundation will meet following each announced Application Deadline and award available funds in accordance with funding policies.

Applicants must complete the form on this page, or send us an email with all information requested on this page, by each Application Deadline.

In addition, Applicants may be asked to sign forms with their colleges or universities so that the Pueblo Education Foundation may verify or access certain information. For example, in some cases the Foundation may request information to confirm required fees, access transcripts, or may seek to establish a direct-funding mechanism with an Applicant’s collegiate bookstore.

Applicants may also be asked to provide additional information relating to tribal and community affiliation. Where additional information is requested, failure to provide the information will be deemed a failure to submit a timely Application.
